About the Role:

We are a growing recruitment and staffing consultancy seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and business growth. The role offers flexibility candidates can work on a permanent, part-time, or freelance basis, depending on their availability and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their hiring needs and present recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Strategize and implement business development plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client requirements with candidate sourcing.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth by converting leads into successful partnerships.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or related sectors.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a passion for delivering results.
  • Adaptable to different client needs and dynamic market conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and market awareness.
