Job Description

Hi, we are hiring.

Location:

Key Deliverables:

Develop and expand business in emerging markets across Karnataka.
Drive and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Identify new opportunities for growth and customer acquisition.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to guide business strategies.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate preferred.
Educational qualification can be relaxed for candidates with proven track record and relevant experience.
Proficiency in English and local language (Kannada) is essential.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must.

Experience & Age Criteria:

45 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Maximum age limit: 30 years.
Candidates from administration background with knowledge of PF & ESI and aptitude for sales may also be considered.

Other Required Attributes:

Should be willing and enthusiastic to travel extensively.
Dynamic, target-driven, and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of local geography and market dynamics is an advantage.

Compensation & Perquisites:

Compensation (CTC) is negotiable, based on qualification, experience, and current salary.
Candidates must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Conveyance expenses for work-related travel within the city will be reimbursed as per company policy.
Mobile reimbursement of 500 per month will be provided in addition to salary.
