Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing strategies to enhance company growth, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
Strong understanding of market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the manpower solutions or staffing industry is a plus
