Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for a Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, negotiating contracts, and driving sustainable growth. The role requires market research, regular networking, strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients while exploring opportunities to expand the customer base in line with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency in market research, identifying new opportunities, and trend analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Experience with contract management and partnerships
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in power distribution, solar energy, or related industries is advantageous
• Willingness to travel within India to expand business networks
