We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager – Brand Collaborations who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and driving measurable impact—entirely on-site in Gurugram/Delhi. What You’ll Own: Close Impactful Collaborations with leading fintechs, top influencers, and marquee events. Scale Partnerships across travel, F&B, and shopping/D2C brands. Bridge Web2 to Web3, pitching innovative co-marketing activations like loyalty programs, token incentives, and on-chain engagement. End-to-end deal ownership: identify, negotiate ruthlessly, close relentlessly, and deliver tangible growth. Driving aggressive strategic partnerships—high-profile brand deals that thrust Plutope into the spotlight Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Community teams to bring campaigns to life. What We Expect: You obsess over KPIs, pipeline velocity, and revenue outcomes. A solid understanding of the Web3 landscape and its partnership potential. Extreme negotiator: You don’t settle; you close deals no one else can. Ability to build high-value, impactful alliances that rapidly scale user acquisition and brand dominance.
