Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with Automobile, Manufacturing and Pharma clients, overseeing sales strategies, and driving sustainable growth for Plus Innovations. QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPrior experience of Selling SAAS, Cloud Based SolutionsExperience of Selling Innovation, No-Code and BPM Solutions will be added advantageProven experience in business development, sales, or related fieldAbility to analyze market trends and customer needsStrategic thinking and planning skillsExperience in developing and implementing sales strategiesBachelor’s and Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fieldPrevious experience in the technology or innovation industry is a plus
