This is a full-time hybrid role located in Pune for a Pre Sales & Solution Specialist at Plus Innovations. As a Pre Sales & Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management. Some work from home is acceptable to accommodate flexibility. Plus Innovations is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre Sales and Solution Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for solving complex challenges through innovative solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales success by interpreting client requirements, mapping them to our offerings, and delivering compelling presentations and proposals. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis: - Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and business objectives. - Interpret client requirements and map them to Plus Innovations products and services. Solution Design & Presentation: - Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to stakeholders, including C-level executives. - Create tailored solutions that address client pain points and showcase the value proposition. Proposal & RFP Management: - Lead end-to-end ownership of RFPs and proposals. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and deliver high-quality responses within deadlines. Market & Product Expertise: - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. - Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on client interactions. Collaboration & Strategy: - Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and engineering. - Support proof-of-concept and pilot implementations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (master's preferred). - 4+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles. - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software is a plus. - Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Innovation, Low Code-No Code, CRM, ERP, or data analytics platforms. - Familiarity with proposal management tools and techniques. - Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. - Willingness to travel as needed.,
