We are looking for a competent Business Development Executive/Manager to execute and manage the sales and business development activities for our solutions. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and English, has a passion in IT sales. The candidate with prior experience in B2B IT sales or experience in the Banking industry would have more preference. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to generate revenue and grow our customer base. The candidate should be proactive, confident, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients in Banking IndustryActively seek new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients through cold-calling, networking, and other sales techniquesWork with internal teams to identify areas for growth and new revenue streamsCollaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaignsPrepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clientsNegotiate and close deals with clients.Manage client accounts and maintain ongoing relationshipsKeep up-to-date with industry trends and competition
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Hindi is a must.At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT sales and B2B salesProven track record of generating revenue and closing dealsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time-management skillsSelf-motivated and results-orientedWillingness to travel to meet with clientsKnowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in BFSI sector is a plus
