Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at CLYZO, you will be responsible for spearheading and expanding Pharmonix's business in India, focusing on API and Pharma Intermediate manufacturers. Your role will involve developing sales strategies, nurturing customer relationships, and driving business growth within your assigned territory. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. - Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. - Provide end-to-end sales support by coordinating with the backend team in Mumbai. - Collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer queries. - Accurately forecast sales volumes and contribute to annual business planning. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical sales (B2B/B2C). - Prior experience in selling to API or Pharma Intermediate manufacturers is advantageous. - Strong understanding of customer needs and value-based selling. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage territory-level operations.
