Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced female candidate for the role of Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in sales, and a solid understanding of CRM systems. This position requires someone who can build and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Maintain and update CRM systems regularly
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
• Education: Masters
• Proficient in CRM tools and platforms
• Good understanding of sales processes and strategies
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
