Role Overview

As a BDM, you will be an individual contributor responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base within Assigned Territory. This role is ideal for a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for technology and a proven track record in B2B sales. You will be pivotal in promoting our state-of-the-art SaaS CRM solutions to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet sales targets and grow our customer base in Assigned Territory.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation strategies.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and present customized SaaS CRM solutions.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our CRM solutions.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 1-3 years experience in B2B sales.
