Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & acquire suitable commercial properties for new hotel launches.

  • Negotiate commercials, finalize acquisition deals & manage end-to-end onboarding.

  • Build strong partnerships with developers, landlords, brokers & consultants.

  • Handle legal due diligence & contract proof-reading.

  • Drive portfolio performance & contribution margin through relationship management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong negotiation skills (large portfolio deals).

  • Analytical, evaluative & problem-solving abilities.

  • Networking skills with proven B2B lifecycle management.

Key Performance Metrics:

  • Number of Sellable Rooms signed/made live month on month.

  • Contribution margin from signed properties.
