We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate leads and drive sales in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Staff Augmentation and B2B sales, with proven experience using online bidding platforms like Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer. Responsibilities Generate direct leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and online platforms. Manage the entire pre-sales cycle: lead generation, appointment fixing, presentations, and proposal submissions. Negotiate and acquire customers, focusing on US-based clients. Research market trends and identify potential target customers. Conduct follow-ups and provide relevant product demos to prospects. Requirements: Experience with Staff Augmentation. Experience in B2B sales and working with large organizations. Strong communication skills (both oral and written) in English. Demonstrable experience with online bidding portals and lead generation. Ability to work independently and drive results.
