Industry Experience: Commercial interior, Commercial Real estate, Building materials, HVAC, Security System & Safety Roles & Responsibilities Continually developing your employers brand and building increasing awareness in the market place Generating and seeking out potential new opportunities Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Evaluating new opportunities to ensure resources focus on the best opportunities Managing proposals, submissions and bids Monitoring competitors and reviewing your employers offering in light of competitors developments Participating in new business contract negotiations will be responsible for respective sales account. Prepare sales contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Manage business from all category architects, builders, interior contractors, PMC & Direct clients / end user as on their own Key account management Promote the companys brand, products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly set target Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Coordinate with marketing & sales team, design, manufacturing unit & project execution along with responsible with each department. Preparing tender document, Prebid documentation, quotation submission for all enquiries. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction Effective coordination with other internal departments like Design/Production and Projects. Responsible for payment collection within time bound as per company keep terms and conditions. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Keep information of each and every account of client to higher management. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Work as per management decision on sales review/targets. Should be ready to travel for client meetings across pan india. If require relocation should be ready for the same. Require to attend sales meetings without fail. Weekly/monthly report about new business proposal & prosperity to Management.
