Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Experience: 5–10 years

Industry: Office Interiors | Workspace Design | Architecture | Design-Build | PMC | Real Estate Consulting

🔥 Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Business Development for Corporate & Workspace Interiors

• Identify and engage with companies planning new offices, expansions, and workspace renovations

• Build strong relationships with Business owners, CXOs, HR heads, admin teams, facility managers, PMCs, developers, and co-working operators

• Monitor upcoming corporate interior opportunities across NCR, Tier-2 cities, and India

2. Drive the Entire BD Cycle

• Prospecting → Pitching → Proposal Creation → Negotiation → Closing

• Prepare and deliver capability presentations for corporate clients

• Respond to RFPs and prepare customized proposals

3. Strategic Growth & Partnerships

• Develop and execute a yearly BD plan for the corporate interiors vertical

• Build partnerships with PMCs, real estate brokers, turnkey contractors, and allied services

4. Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with the design team to create compelling pitches

• Ensure smooth client handover to project teams

• Track metrics, maintain CRM, and report progress regularly

🎯 Ideal Candidate

• Experience in corporate interiors or office fit-outs is strongly preferred

•Experience in Architecture Industry

• Existing network within corporate clients, PMCs, real estate brokers

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to engage confidently with senior business leaders

• Proven record in business development or sales in related industries

• Self-driven, structured, and capable of building a BD vertical from scratch
