Mission of the Role Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for North India Key Responsibilities Running sales and marketing operations, advancing growth, and driving initiatives to achieve business goals for focus products across West India. Ensuring smooth execution of contracts won for client satisfaction Conducting competitor analysis and competency mapping to keep abreast of market trends to achieve the market share. Formulating long term and short-term strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and revenue targets. Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
