Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager-North

Drive business growth and develop new opportunities through strategic networking, market intelligence, and industry knowledge.
Identify potential clients and proactively initiate contact to generate leads and close new business deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners to ensure sustained business success.
Collaborate closely with the leadership team to define and implement regional growth strategies.
Understand client expectations, define contractual requirements, and ensure alignment with appropriate candidate profiles.
Present well-matched candidate shortlists in coordination with the internal talent research team.
Negotiate and secure agreements with clients on exclusive or retainer search contracts.
Maintain strong client engagement to facilitate repeat business and enhance service value.
What We are Looking For:
Experience 7 to 10 years in Business Development for Staffing & Recruitment firms.
Industry Exposure: Non-IT hiring, Engineering, Manufacturing, or any specialized domains in recruitment.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals, generate revenue, and meet sales targets.
Networking & Client Acquisition: Strong networking skills and ability to connect with CXOs, HR Heads, and Hiring Managers.
Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to pitch recruitment services effectively to clients.
