In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for North India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Running sales and marketing operations to advance growth and drive initiatives for focus products in West India. - Ensuring smooth execution of contracts to achieve client satisfaction. - Conducting competitor analysis and competency mapping to stay updated on market trends and achieve market share. - Formulating long-term and short-term strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and revenue targets. - Conducting meetings to set sales objectives and streamline processes for smooth sales operations. - Coaching, guiding, and collaborating with sales personnel in the region and across India to improve productivity. - Participating in new product development activities, including market studies, marketing, and sales. - Engaging in continuous professional development through self-study. Qualifications, Experience, and Technical Skills required for this role include: - Graduate Degree - More than 5 years of experience in the industry with sales-specific roles in FMCG, Certification Bodies, Testing Labs, or other B2B services industry.
