2. Generate leads and actively reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
3. Qualify leads and prospects by understanding their staffing needs, business goals, and challenges.
4. Educate potential clients about our staff augmentation services, benefits, and advantages over competitors.
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and proposals tailored to meet clients' specific requirements.
7. Close deals and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the company.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
9. Collaborate with the delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of staff augmentation resources for clients.
10. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth.
