Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bathinda. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, developing strategies to grow the customer base, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive business growth. The successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional support and service to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Skills in Market Research and Strategy Development
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
