Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager (Field Sales) at our company, your role will involve engaging with potential customers within the B2B segment through cold visits, educating them about our products/services, and building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct 7-10 cold visits per day to engage with potential customers in the B2B segment. - Educate customers about our products/services and highlight their benefits. - Establish and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business. - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Required Skills & Competencies: - Customer Engagement: Ability to effectively engage and influence potential customers through communication. - Sales Skills: Proficient in presenting and demonstrating products/services to B2B customers. - Relationship Building: Capable of building strong and lasting relationships with customers. - Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently. - Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse customer base. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Minimum graduate-level education is required. - Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales. - Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential, proficiency in Marathi is optional. - Motivation: Self-motivated, results-oriented individual. - Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
