Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, attending networking events, crafting business proposals, and collaborating with various departments to align business strategies. The role requires a proactive approach to meeting sales targets and expanding the company's customer base.

• Experience in Market Analysis, Business Strategy, and Networking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
