Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive
end-to-end B2B sales
cycle for hospitality software solutions – from lead generation to closure.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality verticals.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client workshops showcasing solution benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at multiple levels.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor offerings to client requirements.
Travel across India (as required) to meet potential clients, attend industry events, and expand market reach.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
4–8 years of proven experience in
B2B sales / business development
, preferably in IT, SaaS, or Hospitality domain.
Strong
presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
with a client-centric approach.
Ability and willingness to
travel pan-India
frequently.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.

Preferred / Good to Have

Prior experience selling
hospitality software, ERP, or SaaS-based solutions

Established network in the hospitality industry.
