Job Title: Sales Company: Movate Technologies Role Overview: Movate is seeking motivated MBA graduates to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on building strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring they receive maximum value from our services to foster loyalty and increase sales. Key Responsibilities: Proactively research and identify potential clients and markets, initiate contact, and convert leads into customers Manage and nurture relationships with current clients, understand their business challenges, and offer tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations and ensure successful delivery of services Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats Qualifications: MBA graduate with a passion for sales and business development Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain client relationships Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Prior internship or work experience in sales, business development, or client management is a plus
