What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients across corporate, co-working, and startup segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (founders, admin heads, real estate teams, etc.)
  • Work closely with our design and project teams to create proposals and presentations
  • Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Represent Morphora Spaces at meetings, networking events, and exhibitions


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in

    Business Development / Sales

    within

    interior design, fit-out, or construction

    sectors
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand design concepts and translate them into business opportunities
  • A self-starter who’s comfortable managing end-to-end client engagement
