You will play a pivotal role in expanding MO Designs’ presence among architects, developers, and residential projects by delivering tailored, innovative design solutions that resonate with our clients’ visions. What You’ll Do Identify and engage with architects, project managers, and residential developers seeking premium furniture and interior solutions. Conduct on-site client visits to understand their design needs and recommend bespoke products that align perfectly with their aesthetics and functionality. Develop strategic sales plans customized to each client’s requirements. Prepare, present, and negotiate sales proposals and quotations to secure profitable deals. Collaborate closely with design and installation teams to ensure flawless project delivery. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market demands to position MO Designs as the go-to expert in bespoke interiors. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute significantly to the company’s growth objectives. Represent MO Designs at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to grow the professional network and generate high-quality leads. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the furniture or interior design industry. Proven track record working with architects, project managers, and facility managers. Deep understanding of interior design concepts, product trends, and market dynamics. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships with a consultative sales approach. Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D visualization tools. Highly organized with great attention to detail and time management skills.
