Job Description: Accountable for Business Development of all services ie. IV, FE, NIV, Coaching, Auxiliary. Responsible to development at city, area, state level. Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients. Conducting Seminars / Events and campaigns at city & state level. Coordinate with Marketing team & respective department for the execution of successful event. Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. Achieving the monthly sales lead targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services. Post generation of lead transfer it to concern department for further action.
