Job Responsibilities 1. Achieve Aggressive sales targets. 2. Building trust & confidence with customers & influencers including (Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, PMC etc.). 3. Jointly owning Brand Building along with Marketing & communication team for their region. 1. Generating suitable enquiries/leads by meeting with architect in assigned territory. 2. Pitching Company Profile to Architects & Interior Designers. 3. Meetings with architects/ interior designers to get the support & business for A Class Marble brand. 4. Cold-Calling & Fixing meetings on daily basis. 5. Provisioning towards high-end category of Architects & Interior designers in order to promote and expand business in the luxury segment. 6. Fulfilling client based requirements, based on specific “project needs” for Division in a timely manner. 7. Participation in growth strategies & intellectual planning with the Management. 8. On-site visits along with Architects, Clients & Interior designers for a tour of our processing unit & experience center at Kishangarh / or to the Stockyard at Delhi. 9. To flourish PR and understand consumer requirement to deliver desired results. 10. Identifying and portraying new business opportunities, along with managing & retaining relationships with existing clients. 11. Analytical monitoring & close follow-up on existing key accounts in pursuit of additional business. Self-driven to own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
Role Responsibilities • Contact international prospects and clients via telephone to promote and sell natural stone products (Marble, Granite, limestone etc) • Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions, overcoming objections as needed. • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas. • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools. • Follow up on leads, perform timely follow-through, and research new business opportunities. • Coordinate internally with logistics and export documentation teams for seamless order processing. • Report regularly to management on sales progress and customer feedback. Candidate Requirements • 2–4 years’ experience in international telesales, with demonstrated success in export sales (natural stones industry preferred). • Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with international markets, export processes, and CRM software. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus. • Goal-oriented, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
