Company Description CFCICI is a Multi-State Co-operative Society registered with the Central Registrar of Co-operative Societies under the Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers' Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare, Government of India. Operating under the Multi State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002, CFCICI has branches in the states of Kerala and Karnataka. CFCICI is dedicated to supporting agriculture and farmers' welfare through cooperative initiatives. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Thrikkakara. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and leading negotiations with potential partners. The role also includes market analysis, and working collaboratively to support overall business growth. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills Excellent negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools Prior experience in the cooperative or agricultural sectors is a plus. Salary : 20000-30000 Timing :9.30am to 5.30pm
