Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving company growth. Daily tasks include researching market trends, managing client relationships, creating and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to align business objectives. The role also involves conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategy formulation
• Strong understanding of Market Research and Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and strategic partnerships
• Experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and AI Technology sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
