Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing growth strategies, and managing sales targets. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to deliver client-centric proposals and closing deals. The Manager will also analyze market trends, gather competitor information, and provide feedback to improve company products and services.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Experience in market analysis and competitor research
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the influencer marketing industry is a plus
