Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Podcast Script Writing Write engaging, impactful, and emotionally strong scripts for each podcast episode. Craft opening hooks, smooth transitions, and powerful closings. Ensure the tone is conversational, youth-friendly, and easy to relate to. 2. Guest Research & Question Framing Conduct deep research on the guest’s background, achievements, controversies, and current relevance. Frame viral, story-based questions that spark curiosity and bring out untold stories. Prepare smart, statement-driven questions that trigger emotional or thoughtful responses. 3. Conversation Flow Planning Structure the entire episode with a beginning, build-up, emotional climax, and solid takeaway. Keep backup notes in case the guest forgets something or the conversation needs a new direction. 4. General Knowledge & Awareness Must be well-versed in Indian current affairs, startups, business, politics, entertainment, and culture. Ability to catch trends early and incorporate them naturally into podcast themes. 5. Guest Coordination (Optional but Preferred) Speak with guests before the podcast to make them comfortable. Customize the script based on their speaking style and comfort zone. Sometimes guide the guest live during the conversation if needed.
