What You will Do: Outreach and Lead Generation - Own and execute multi-channel cold outreach (Email, LinkedIn, Phone, Upwork, etc.) - Design compelling outreach campaigns for domestic and international audiences - Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects across sectors Strategic Sales - Craft high-converting proposals & deliver engaging sales pitches - Lead the complete sales lifecycle discovery, proposal, negotiation, closure - Continuously analyze markets and competitors to refine positioning - Consistently hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue goals Relationship and Reputation Management - Be the face of Markurate to clients nurture lasting, trust-based relationships - Manage client expectations and deliver consistent value - Gather and showcase client testimonials to boost brand credibility - Monitor and elevate our online reputation across platforms What You Bring: - 3+ years of BD experience in a digital marketing agency (Managerial experience is a big plus) - Hands-on exposure to media buying services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) - Confident communicator and negotiator with an analytical edge - Familiarity with CRMs, automation tools, proposal software & freelancing platforms - Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a hunger for growth Why Markurate?
