Hello,

We are Magneto IT Solutions, looking for a Business Development Manager for the Pune Location

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE, KSA, and the broader MENA region.
  • Attend client meetings, conferences, expos, and networking events in the Middle East (travel required).
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, commercial offers, and scope documents.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation requirement gathering proposal negotiation closure.
  • Draft professional, structured, and persuasive emails for client communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (delivery, tech, design, marketing) to align solutions with client needs.
  • Maintain updated sales pipelines, Zoho, CRM entries, and weekly activity reports.
  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Participate in review meetings with management to discuss progress and strategy.
  • Stay open to learning, take feedback positively, and remain coachable to improve performance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 6-9 years of experience in business development /pre-sales /client-facing roles, ideally in IT, software, eCommerce, digital transformation, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent email drafting skills with attention to clarity, professionalism, and structure.
  • Proven ability to prepare proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and commercial documents.
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills with experience in B2C sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups with discipline and ownership.
  • Comfortable with international travel (UAE/KSA) for meetings, expos, and events.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Strong research skills to understand industries, prospects, and competitive landscapes.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and open to learning new sales techniques and tools.
