Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing and implementing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include market research, attending networking events, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth. The role also involves tracking sales performance, forecasting, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong business development skills, including market research, lead generation, and client relationship management
Experience in sales strategy development and implementation, and preparing business proposals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
