  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 12+ years of experience in construction or Hospitality business development.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Lease, commercial spaces for sales , construction industry standards and bidding processes.

Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and developing strategies to secure whether in commercial, residential infrastructure, hospitality sectors added advantage.


📌 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research & Strategy

  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, and partnerships.
  • Analize industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  1. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and developers.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to promote the company.
  1. Proposal & Tender Management

  • Coordinate with estimating, design, and engineering teams to develop competitive bids.
  • Prepare presentations and commercial proposals.
  1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Set and achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure business growth.
  1. Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with project management and operational teams to ensure delivery matches client expectations.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product and service development.

  • Proven experience (12+ years) in business development or sales
  • Strong network within the --- and real estate industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of construction processes, regulations, and contract structures.
