The employee will be on payroll of Kotak Life but will seat in the premises of South Indian Bank.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets for Bancassurance products through Banca channels.
Manage a team of insurance professionals to drive growth in bancassurance sales.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bank partners and internal teams.
Identify new opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products within the bank's customer base.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in Bancassurance Sales or related field (Insurance Sales).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
Strong understanding of banca sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
