About the Role

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the

    US staffing market

    (IT and/or Non-IT).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with

    Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and MSPs

    .
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
  • Manage the

    end-to-end sales cycle

    from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
  • Negotiate terms, rates, and agreements in line with company policies and market standards.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on US market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in client meetings, virtual calls, and industry networking events.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years

    of proven business development/sales experience in

    US staffing

    .
  • Strong understanding of US staffing processes, market, and compliance requirements (e.g., W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals with

    Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and MSPs

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in US time zones.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and online networking platforms like

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in both

    IT and Non-IT staffing

    .
  • Existing client/vendor network in the US market.
  • Knowledge of

    VMS/MSP

    platforms.
