Reddwood Retail , which owns exclusive brands such as Habios & Habios Home would like to invite experienced candidates for the role of an Business Development Manager - Kitchen & Wardrobes Sales


Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive & well-connected Business Development Manager -Kitchen & Wardrobes Sales to drive client acquisition and business growth for Reddwood in Delhi,Gurugram,Noida and its suburbs

This role involves working closely with architects, interior designers & direct clients to generate leads, provide product demonstrations and close sales & develop revenue potential both bulk and boutique

Existing network of architects, designers, reputed builders & real estate professionals is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

Identify ongoing and upcoming residential projects (apartments, villas, bungalows)

Build strong networks with architects, interior designers & builders to source qualified referrals.

Generate direct client leads by tracking new homeowners & engaging through local intelligence, events & campaigns.


2. Client Engagement & Store Demo

Invite clients to the experience centre for an immersive demo experience showcasing our product quality, finishes & functionality.

Understand client needs & suggest design & layout options accordingly.

Coordinate with the design team to create proposals & estimates based on the site & client brief.


3. Sales Conversion & Relationship Management

Manage the sales funnel end 2 end from lead generation & site visits to final closure & handover.

Maintain high responsiveness and communication with prospects through the decision-making process.

Ensure timely follow-ups and guide the client through product finalization, pricing &documentation.


4. Market Insights & Reporting

Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities & pricing dynamics.

Share intelligence with the marketing and leadership team to align campaigns & outreach efforts.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings & progress in CRM.


Requirements:

4–5 years of relevant sales experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, interiors, or premium building materials.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate/designer with excellent presentation and communicative skills

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel locally for site visits, meetings, and client engagements.

Fluent in English and Hindi
