Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: Up to ₹15,00,000 per annum
Travel Requirement: Frequent travel required
Experience Required: Must have experience in Business Development in Agri-input or related sector

Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and self-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth in both B2B and B2C segments within the agriculture input domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in client acquisition, strategy planning, market research, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and customer needs through research and analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead sales meetings, participate in exhibitions, and close deals.
• Prepare business proposals and pitch presentations.
• Build and manage a business development team – set goals, mentor, and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product promotion and strategy alignment.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Master’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development in Agri-input or allied sectors.
• Strong knowledge of sales cycles, CRM tools, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and close deals.
• Team management experience preferred.
• Added advantage: Knowledge of digital sales and online marketing.
