Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager for Major Accounts, based in Mumbai. In this role, you will develop and manage relationships with key clients, drive business growth, and execute targeted business development strategies. Your responsibilities will include identifying new market opportunities, generating leads, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering customized solutions to meet client requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and represent the company at industry events and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, and customer relationship management within a B2B context
  • Strong skills in sales strategies, lead generation, and market expansion
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software, documentation tools, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a customer-focused approach
  • Experience in industries like healthcare, food, beverage, or commercial printing is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in handling major accounts, along with a strong network in the industry, is preferred
