Roles and Responsibilities

Market & Opportunity Analysis

Identify emerging tech trends and new business opportunities.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide strategy.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Set up meetings with decision-makers and present tailored IT solutions.

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Manage CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and conversions.

Solution Selling & Proposal Development

Collaborate with technical teams to craft customized proposals.
Address client needs with consultative, value-driven solutions.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
Ensure win-win outcomes that align with business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams.
Translate client feedback into actionable product improvements.

Reporting & Forecasting

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Client Relationship Management (CRM).
