As a Business Development Manager at PAL Infocom Technologies Pvt. Your responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end business development operations, from generating and qualifying leads through client interactions and market research to meeting with clients to comprehend their project needs and proposing suitable IT solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal development teams to ensure seamless project execution, while also being responsible for creating project proposals, presentations, and contracts. Building and nurturing long-term client relationships for continued business and potential up-selling will also be a key part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have 3 to 6 years of experience in business development within the IT services sector, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Your hands-on experience in client management, requirement gathering, and project delivery follow-ups will be invaluable, as well as your ability to grasp concepts related to web development, mobile applications, and digital marketing solutions. A proactive, professional, and self-motivated approach is essential, and you should be available to join the team either immediately or by mid-August.
