Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT Sales (Enterprise Solutions) Experience Required: 5–7 Years CTC: ₹20,00,000 – ₹25,00,000 per annum Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Work Mode: Work from Office Hiring Partner: NurtureHRM About the Opportunity We are hiring for a fast-growing tech product (OEM) company offering innovative enterprise IT solutions across industries such as BFSI, Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail. We’re seeking a Business Development Manager who can drive revenue growth, build strategic relationships, and expand our enterprise footprint. This is a high-impact sales role ideal for professionals from OEMs or early-stage product startups with experience in enterprise IT product or SaaS sales . Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the enterprise IT space. Manage the complete sales lifecycle – from prospecting to closure. Conduct impactful product presentations and collaborate with internal technical teams. Build and nurture strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and other key stakeholders. Promote a portfolio of enterprise IT solutions such as: Network & Infrastructure Management Endpoint Solutions Enterprise Collaboration Tools Cloud-based Management Platforms IT Asset & Access Control Systems Develop go-to-market strategies and execute sales plans to meet quarterly targets. Represent the company at industry events, forums, and client meetings. Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure proper documentation of sales activities. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 5–7 years in B2B IT product sales – such as SaaS, enterprise software, infrastructure, or networking. Preferred Background: Must have worked with OEMs or early-stage product startups . Candidates from System Integrators (SIs) will not be considered. Strong understanding of the enterprise IT sales cycle and buyer landscape. Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proven ability to handle complex sales cycles and influence multiple decision-makers.
