Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and client acquisition for our Real Estate CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales / SaaS / CRM software and a proven track record of meeting targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with developers, builders, and brokers, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and acquire new clients in the real estate industry.
  • Present and demonstrate CRM solutions to clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle and achieve monthly targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with developers, brokers, and channel partners.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Real Estate or SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with a strong network in the real estate sector.
