Business Development Manager - International Clients & New Business Networks

As a Business Development Manager at Austix Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., a leading RPSL-licensed company in hospitality and cruise workforce development, your role will involve expanding international partnerships and strengthening global presence. Your responsibilities will include: - Building partnerships with international hospitality groups, manning agencies & cruise networks - Developing new business across the Middle East, Europe & Asia-Pacific - Leading global discussions, online meetings & collaborations - Analyzing global trends and supporting strategic business initiatives - Coordinating with internal teams to align overseas client requirements - Drafting proposals, MoUs & partnership frameworks - Driving new client acquisition and meeting quarterly revenue targets To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 5 years of experience in international business development (hospitality/cruise/manpower preferred) - Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills - Ability to manage cross-cultural relationships - Bachelors/Masters in Business, Hospitality or related field Please note that hike will be given as per last drawn CTC & Experience.
