This role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in business growth, academic excellence, and international hospitality recruitment.

Position Overview:
Austix Institute of Hospitality seeks a results-driven leader to oversee the strategic, operational, and financial performance of both our hospitality training institute and hospitality recruitment division. The role involves driving revenue growth, ensuring academic and placement excellence, and building strong industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies for training, recruitment, and global placements.
• Achieve business targets for admissions, placements, revenue, and cost control.
• Oversee domestic & international hospitality recruitment operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to clients.
• Lead academic excellence — curriculum design, faculty performance, student success.
• Manage daily operations across all departments.
• Monitor P&L, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Drive marketing and brand positioning to strengthen market presence.
• Lead and mentor department heads to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications:

• MBA or (Bachelor’s with strong experience will be considered).
• 10+ years in Operations background with 5+ years in senior management.
• Proven record in multi-division operations and achieving revenue & placement targets.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and communication skills.
• Established industry network with domestic & international employers.

Hike will be given as per last drawn CTC .

Candidates Preferred -Mumbai or Navi -Mumbai only

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Operations management: 5 years (Preferred)
