Client Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients (hotels, , partner institutes).
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication via email, phone, and meetings.
• Coordinate documentation processes for client onboarding, candidate placement, and training requirements.
• Ensure all client-related documentation (candidate data, reports) is up to date and accurately maintained.
• Liaise between internal departments (Training, Recruitment, Placement, Documentation) and clients to ensure timely execution of services.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding candidate progress, documentation status, and service deliverables.
• Address and resolve client queries, complaints, or concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and follow-up trackers.
• Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in all communications and document handling.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in client servicing/client relations, preferably in education, hospitality, or recruitment sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and email etiquette.
• Organized: Strong documentation skills, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Client-Focused: Positive attitude with a service mindset and ability to handle pressure situations.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
