Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, or retail interior design projects.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, real estate partnerships, and referrals.
• Pitch interior design services to prospective clients and convert leads into successful projects.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs, budget constraints, and timelines to provide tailored interior solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the sales cycle.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
• Provide inputs on design proposals from a client and market perspective.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
• Recommend and implement strategic changes to enhance the company's market position.

Targets & Reporting:

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare regular reports on business development activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in business development/sales within the interior design, architecture, real estate, or construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Existing network in real estate, architecture, or related domains is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
