Are you passionate about driving SAP-led growth and building strategic CXO-level relationships? We’re expanding our sales team, looking for a driven SAP Business Development Managers with strong customer connects. The ideal candidate should thrive in high-pressure situations and be committed to a long-term career journey with us.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own end-to-end sales for SAP solutions including RISE with SAP, GROW
with SAP, AMS, Upgrades, Conversions/Migrations, SuccessFactors, SAC,
and BTP
- Prospect, qualify, and close deals — with a strong focus on new logo
acquisition
- Execute effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level decision-makers in mid
to large enterprises
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- 8–10 years of experience in IT/SAP sales or business development
- 3–5 years of proven SAP sales success — must have
closed RISE and GROW deals
- Strong existing connects with the customers in the South region
- Deep understanding of SAP’s solution, licensing, and service ecosystem
- “Hunter” mindset with excellent communication and consultative selling
skills
- Candidate should have strong skills in self-generating pipeline
